How credits work
One credit, one campaign
Each credit posts one campaign brief. Describe what you need once, and relevant creators apply to it.
Searching is always free
Browsing the directory and contacting creators from their profiles never uses a credit.
Returned if it doesn’t go live
If a campaign is rejected in review, or you delete it while it is still in review, the credit comes back to your account.
Held by your brand
Credits belong to your brand account as a whole, not to any one person who signs in to it.

What does one credit buy?
One campaign post. You describe the campaign once, it goes live after review, and relevant creators apply to it.
Do I need credits to search or contact creators?
No. Browsing the directory and sending an enquiry from a creator’s profile never uses a credit. Credits are only for posting campaigns.
Do credits expire?
Credits from the Brand Value pack are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits from the other packs don’t expire.
What if my campaign isn’t approved?
Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live. If it’s rejected, the credit is returned to your account, and resubmitting it uses a credit again. Deleting a campaign while it’s still in review also returns the credit. Once a campaign is live, its credit is spent.
Does Vyne take a commission?
No. Rates and terms are agreed between you and the creator, and Vyne takes no cut of your campaign spend.
How do I pay?
By card, on our payment provider’s secure page. You’re taken there when you choose a package, and we never see your card details.
