Data Deletion Request

When you submit a data deletion request, Vyne will permanently delete:

• Your creator profile (name, handle, bio, country, niche, nationality)
• Your email address and authentication credentials
• Social media accounts and follower data you provided
• Pricing packages and compliance license information
• Your profile photo from Supabase Storage
• Any connected YouTube OAuth tokens
• Unused authentication tokens (magic links, preview tokens)

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your handle will become available for registration by others.

The following data is retained after deletion for legal and operational reasons:

• Anonymised profile view logs (no name, email, or handle — IP truncated to 3 octets) — retained for 90 days from creation, then auto-deleted
• Brand inquiry records — retained for 12 months for dispute resolution, then auto-deleted. These records contain brand contact details and your creator handle but are not linked to your deleted account.
• Transaction and billing records, if any, as required by UAE commercial law

Please include your Vyne handle (e.g. @sara.creates) and your registered email address so we can locate and verify your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

If you connected YouTube via OAuth, you can also revoke Vyne's access independently at any time via Google Account Permissions.
