By using vyne.global, operated by Hike Tech LLC, you agree to these Terms. We may modify them at any time.

If you joined Vyne by tapping a preview link sent to you via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that your profile was created using publicly available information from your Instagram profile, and that you consented to being contacted via WhatsApp as part of Vyne's creator outreach programme.

Vyne is a B2B creator discovery and compliance platform connecting GCC brands with licensed content creators. Services include: searchable creator directory, public profiles, brand inquiry system, creator dashboard, and YouTube integration.

• Must be 18 or older
• Must operate within GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Qatar)
• Must hold any compliance license or permit required in your country of operation (see GCC Compliance Requirements below)

Creators who joined Vyne during the founding period (prior to public brand launch) are designated as Founding Creators. Founding Creators receive permanent featured placement at the top of brand discovery search results, early access to new platform features, and direct input into platform development. This designation is non-transferable and applies for the lifetime of the creator's active profile on Vyne.

• Keep profile information accurate and up to date
• Update compliance licenses if they expire or change
• Do not share magic link emails
• Do not create multiple accounts

Individual influencer licensing rules differ across the GCC. Where a permit is legally required, creators are responsible for obtaining and holding a valid one:

• UAE: An Advertiser Permit issued by the National Media Authority (NMA, formerly the UAE Media Council) is required to publish promotional content — mandatory since February 2026 under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023.
• Saudi Arabia: A Mawthooq permit from the General Authority for Media Regulation (GAMR, formerly GCAM) is required to earn revenue from promotional content; non-Saudi nationals must also hold a valid KSA Commercial Registration.
• Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar: No mandatory individual influencer licensing requirement currently applies. Creators from these countries may still add any license or permit they hold, and remain responsible for complying with any future regulatory requirements introduced in their jurisdiction.

Compliance and license information on Vyne is self-declared by creators. A verified status reflects a limited internal review by Vyne and is not a guarantee that a license is valid, nor a substitute for official confirmation. Vyne is not a regulator. Brands remain responsible for their own regulatory due diligence, including confirming that a creator holds any permit their campaign requires. Submitting false license information may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Vyne does not guarantee creator response times

• False or misleading information
• Impersonation
• Scraping or bulk downloading data
• Automated inquiry submissions
• Bypassing rate limits or security measures
• Offensive or discriminatory content

All Vyne branding owned by Hike Tech LLC. Creators retain ownership of their own content and grant Vyne a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Platform provided "as is". Hike Tech LLC not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Creator compliance not independently verified in real time.

Hike Tech LLC may suspend accounts for Terms violations. Creators may request deletion at support@vyne.global.

Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes subject to UAE courts.

Vyne is currently free for creators during the founding period. Future subscription tiers may be introduced with advance notice to existing creators. Founding Creators (as defined in Section 4) will retain their current benefits regardless of any future pricing changes. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before activation and subject to separate agreement.
