Vyne (vyne.global) is operated by Hike Tech LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Full name, username, email, country, nationality, niche
- Bio, social media handles and follower counts
- WhatsApp phone numbers, where provided voluntarily or collected from publicly available Instagram profiles for outreach purposes.
- System-generated placeholder email addresses (in the format handle@whatsapp.vyne.global) assigned to creators onboarded via WhatsApp where no email was provided. These are internal identifiers and are never used to send emails.
- Pricing information in local GCC currencies
- Compliance license details
- Brand inquiry information
- Anonymised profile view data (3-octet IP)
- Session authentication cookie
- YouTube channel data (when connected via OAuth)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To display your creator profile
- To send magic link authentication emails
- To forward brand inquiry notifications
- To notify you when a campaign matching your country and niches opens — every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects login links or brand enquiries
- To show analytics in your dashboard
- To verify GCC compliance licenses
- We never sell your data to third parties
4. Legal Basis (UAE PDPL / Saudi PDPL)
Processing complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and Saudi Arabia PDPL Royal Decree No. M/19. Basis: contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and consent for OAuth.

- Stored in Supabase PostgreSQL, West EU (Ireland)
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
- Passwordless authentication (magic links only)
- Session tokens in secure httpOnly cookies
- Avatar images in Supabase Storage
6. Data Retention
- Creator profiles: until deletion requested
- Brand inquiries: 12 months
- Profile view logs: 90 days
- Auth tokens: 30 minutes
- Session cookies: 7 days
- WhatsApp preview tokens: 30 days (used for profile verification via WhatsApp outreach flow).
7. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data. Withdraw YouTube OAuth consent anytime via Google Account settings. Contact: support@vyne.global
8. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
vyne_session— authentication session, 7 days, httpOnly, Secure. Required for dashboard access._ga,_ga_*— Google Analytics 4, 2 years. Used to understand aggregate site usage. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Platform is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
